Open Hand Zen

Welcome

Open Hand Zen is a non-sectarian meditation community. 

 We offer meditation from 9:00-9:20 followed by tea and discussion on Saturdays until 10:00am (before Tai Chi class). We also offer seasonal half day retreats, and martial arts as a spiritual path mentoring.

Held at East Cloud Kung Fu- 5655-A Western Blvd Raleigh NC 27606

*It is not necessary to practice Kung Fu  or be a student at East Cloud Kung Fu to come to Open Hand Zen.  Zen Practice and Meditation is open to all.  We offer this practice to everyone free of charge.
